Appointment requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. A booking becomes confirmed only after the concierge verifies availability and any required deposit is received. Keep the website reference for future correspondence.
Deposits and balances
Applicable deposits, payment deadlines and remaining balances will be stated before confirmation. Payments will be made only by bank transfer or Mobile Money using official details supplied directly by CINDY O STUDIOS.
Changes and cancellations
Contact the studio as early as possible if plans change. Final cancellation windows, transfer rules, refund eligibility and no-show treatment must be approved by the owner before launch and will be shared before any bank or Mobile Money payment is requested.
Arrival and timing
Arrive prepared and on time so your full service can be completed. Late arrival may require an adjusted service or rescheduling where it would affect another client, the artist or the quality of the result.
Health, hygiene and suitability
Tell the studio about allergies, sensitivities, recent procedures, infections, injuries or other relevant conditions before treatment. Specialist lash, brow, nail and pedicure services may require consultation, patch testing or postponement where safe service cannot be provided.
Bridal and group bookings
Bridal, travel, on-location and group services may require a consultation, tailored proposal, schedule, party details and separate agreement. Travel fees, early starts, assistants and touch-up services will be confirmed in writing.
Photo studio and content
Photoshoot bookings are subject to studio, photographer and team availability. Usage rights, deliverables, turnaround, editing, rescheduling and client consent must be agreed for each session. CINDY O STUDIOS will not use identifiable client imagery for marketing without appropriate permission.
Guests and personal belongings
Guest access may be limited to protect comfort, hygiene, concentration and equipment. Ask before bringing children or companions. Clients remain responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio.
